You will also assist ICOD Ltd and partner organisations to promote and raise awareness of accessible learning opportunities amongst potential learners and providers.
Our successful ABC (Access for Beginners to Computing) project was established in 2007 and is provided in partnership with Inverclyde Libraries and Community Learning and Development and assists learners with a range of impairments to increase their digital skills. The project offers courses from basic computing, internet and email use through to digital photography, desktop publishing and ECDL qualifications. Learning is tailored to suit each individual learner, and is provided in either a small group setting in local community venues, or on a one to one basis in the community or in learners own homes.
